Love the beeper perform it beeps when the waffles are executed. No extra guessing. The easiest phase - I introduced too much batter and of course the batter overflowed past the properly designed drip side. Once the iron cooled down I ran my finger across the facet of the unit and the entire overflow batter got here off easily by way of wiping my finger over it. No scrubing required. The key is that the overflow runs on to the plastic body. No metallic to burn to and bond to. The unit cleaned up in a heart beat... Best unit I have considered yet. In the last two months I actually have tried and again both the Villaware and the Krups units prior to buying this unit.
