grease catch slides broke the first cleaning (cheap, fragile plastic)
Very uneven heating. Far left end of griddle means over-temp, a meanss right finish barely warm.
Temp keep surveillance over does not fit griddle temp. Set the temp regulate over 225 and you'll be making char-broiled pancakes.
Surface extremely tough. Non-stick coating is anything but non-stick. Coating used to be applied over improperly ready floor.
Unfortunately, it was a gift from my kids so I'm stuck together with it for awhile. "Dad! invent us any pancakes for your inexperienced griddle", Uh... Ok, I'll are trying.

THIS GRIDDLE WORKED FINE FOR THE FIRST 6 MONTHS THAN EVERYTHING STARTED TO STICK. 6 MONTHS LATER THE HEAT STARTED TO GO ON AND OFF. OH AND DONT TRY TO CALL BLACK AND DECKER ABOUT YOUR ISSUES THEY HAVE INFORMED ME THAT I AM OUT OF WARRANTY AND THEY WILL ONLY SELL ME A NEW ONE FOR $52 THEY DONT CARE THAT IT HAS BROKE.
Reviews for Black & Decker Family Size Griddle i purchased this griddle in the center of july, again lately (lesss than 2 months later) for the rationale that non-stick coating started arrival off. additionally the griddle has scorching spots and funky spots which offer inconsistent cooking.
